    That's minus oil/coolant/battery and lights.
How do you work out the actual weight of the bike from that? Add?

My bad was 85kg rear, typo in that post.
Yeah, just add, so it's around 170kg dry instead of 195kg dry with fairings and shit

Here's where the subframe mounts to the mount that's mounted to the tank. (I like mounting things.) Click image for larger version.

    Much nicer.
Next is, shorten the harness for the switch blocks, they're too long now because the bars are 4-5inches lower.

Painted the radiator, horns (hah!) and sprocket cover matte black too.

Will make up an under tail tray at some stage and all the electrics will be mounted (this gets sexier and sexier sounding) all up in that shit....

Reg/rec will be on the side of the battery box like so Click image for larger version.

Story of the bike: Purchased for fuck all as a ZZR400K, motor was crap as one would expect having a massively ghey 58hp...picked up a complete (minus fairings and straight forks) ZZR600D/ZX6D and did an engine swap. Simple, went pretty well to say the least and had some sexual stainless twin cans on it. Was pretty darn near mint as I threw countless hours at a bike I always wanted.....as ya do.

So I was practicing wheelies, did a wheelie big one and fucked the bike and hurt myself a wee bit ('tis only a flesh wound)

And here we are, the bike looks like Hiroshima.... forks = munted. Triple clamps = munted. fairings? Fuck, they're dumb anyway. Rear rim is cracked (Shh don't laugh)

Plans: Simple front end for now, single headlight and maybe a belly pan.
Fix the mufflers, may go shorty on their arses.
Swap my spare rims onto it.
Have found an RS250 esque single seat unit. Might be good for a laugh. Don't want to throw my spare rear fairings on, they're bigger than Russia and about as sexy as finding crabs in a hamburger.

Make sure to give a PSA so the rest of us can stay off the roads Or sift around the highly technical corners waiting for some good parts to salvage

There is that roundabout/intersection hybrid, thats kind of confusing, or the potentially tankslapper inducing slight kink onto a bumpy bridge.
