Car parked in motorcycle parking, what to do?

Went move my bike into a public motorcycle only park 10mins ago, only to find that some arsehole had parked his van in it. I just took pictures of it. What can I do about this? Can I submit the pictures somewhere to get him fines.
    I'm raging right now.

Park behind it, take down its plate # in case they knock it over in spite.
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

i doubt sending photos will result in anything at all.
Write a note and put it on their window. I get fucked off with this too, they get pissy when a bike used a whole car park, but a car/van in bike parks takes up 4-5 bike parks.
Wait around for them and just yell at them a bit maybe?

I parked a bit down the road, where there's not enough room for a park but my bike can fit. There would be no way they could move if I parked in front of it, there was no room behind. Don't really want some loser dropping my bike on the ground, I'm sick of buying new handlebars every time it gets dropped.

I wish I'd thought of collecting paper and pen for a note when I went back to work to get my phone for camera, I had an intention to keep a vivid under my seat to write on windscreens in this very case but I forgot to actually get one between now and my last incident with cars in my park...

Find the nearest parking warden... (they're everywhere) or ring the council... it's revenue, so they're usually onto it real fast.

    Build a bridge

Get over it,and dont let other people upset you so much. Life is to short and there is bigger things to focus your energy on.

No. Let two tyres down. Leave a note something along the lines of "you parked in a two wheeled parking zone ... now you have two wheels". That is my fantasy plan for the next time it happens to me. In reality though I shall probably just fume again.

    In the Old Days

Jim X 2 would've poped up by now and said "Burn him!!"

So that's my advice - set fire to the van.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

The grease used in muffler bearings is incredibly toxic, moreso when ignited.
Don't be such an ignorant pillock, other people have to breathe that in, too.
