Geez Paddymoi, whaddya got against mags??? Get picked on at school by a set?

I thought it was quite cool, for a boxer. Just enough straight edges, flat panels and brushed alloy finish to give it a modern stylistic... edge ... to make it coo-wull.

Still instantly recognisable as the base bike, but with a "hey! what the..." second glance. Much better interpretation than a modern Bonnie or those Ducarti SS / Paul Smart reintarnations.
    Cheers,
    Colin

Ahem. Donning my anorak for a moment....maybe /5 frame, headlight / speedo / tach, running gear, sidepanels, /5 rear alloy turn signals, & /5 cigar type mufflers, /6 engine, /6 rear mudguard, split in the /2 style, with a /2 tail light. Koni shocks, bar mounted hella (type) front signals. Twin ATE front brakes, braided brake lines, San Jose (style) fork brace, Lester Mags (as previously mentioned). Police style tank with tool box. The tool box cover, sidecovers, & the R90/6 emblems have either been sand blasted or painted for a matt alloy finish. Brown sidestand. Oil temp dipstick. Bloody nice looking custom single seat. Under bar mirror. Have I missed anything?

Here's the link to some more photos

The owner doesn't say much about it. He notes that the tail light is modified & is off an R67? but repacked with LEDs.

    ProGrip 714 Rally.
    Wider than normal grips.

I've got a spare set somewhere. I put them on the XR250 for a race and got arm pump badly in the practice laps and pulled them off. I've now worked out, getting arm pump in practice is normal for me
