Sadly I won't be able to make it tonight as I discovered I have a phlat rare tryer. Tiny piddly pinprick - hubby had to locate it using the old soapy water and torch trick. Sigh, new pair of tyres coming up (but I'd already had the rear mended from it's last puncture and managed to get a good number of k's out of it since so can't complain). Need a new chain as well so the wallet is going to take a bit of a hammering...

The costs of enjoying bike riding...
Glad to see that you are keeping on top of the maintenance.
Check out prices. I put on the an expense chain because it was the best. I also got new sprockets at the same time.
Then got Hubby to install a scottoiler as well.
So the expense was big but should be cheaper in the long run.

These look good as an oiler for much less. I may head that way now me old CBX can keep up with traffic.

Joys of the old bike, $100 for chain and sprockets.

Came across a guy that had dropped his Intruder tonight. He was ok. Thinking now I should have told him about SASS. He was an L plater.

The plan is to repeat last week, where we went over Twilight Road - it might be boring but it gives everyone a chance to concentrate on their corners, you know the drill, coming in wide, at a slower speed than you might usually take it so that there is no pressure and you can get your lines correct.
But we may go through Regis Lane after that.
Just depends on who turns up
    See you at the carpark

    Thumbs up

Well things are looking good for 2 weeks time, next week for me is a no go as I'll be in Oz. Gillian should be there and I will be there in a fortnight and whats more I should be aboard the coal burner at last. Missed tonight's run as I went for a shake down cruise to the Tron. Enjoyed the ride both ways, but particularly coming back, everything making the right noises and the throttle working extremely well.
Every day above ground is a good day!:
