The ko-rider forum has guys in the UK dyno'ing in at 9hp at the wheel stock, 11hp with an exhaust and jetting sorted. I'd almost do it just for something different. Though thats a fair bit of money to spend to get 'back' to HP figures that you can start with by buying an FXR donk. I wonder how much benefit you'd get from the 'power' delivery of a v-twin over single cylinder motors in a 150cc class.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
GN125, 7rwhp stock and 13.5 with not much work, I doubt there would be any benefit as most of time you're full throttle
An FXR might not start off with as much HP as you think

Never actually thought id end up building it but its finally ready to race!! Bring it on Trashy im ready!
Gave up on the 2 stroke ideas and ended up with an FXR engine.
