RZ I think. Right hand front. Master is OK. Line is OK. Now off to get brake fluid. Do gas stations still sell that stuff? I could always get some toothpaste if they don't...

I could rip one of the RS if you like. Tell me the bolt centers off set and I will see one might work.

We'll have some brake fluid along if you get stuck.

if calliper isn't in std position only thing you can do is elevate it or drop it so bleed is at highest point. Sometimes it is hard to tell & just needs a 10deg slant to get that last pocket of air.

Nope. Fooked. Someone cross-threaded the banjo bolt and it's got an air leak. Might have to throw the motor into the 'AX' frame.

    Tomorrow. I'm fookin gunna race!

RS? As in Honda? Way not enough offset. This thing needs 25mm disk centre to mount surface. Every calliper I have is about 5mm. ZZR, RG, Zinghou, CMG quad...
    None come close.

I have had good results when bleeding stuff like horrendous no nipple KTM calipers on the mini's using a syringe, Sometimes it's a goodsend
The Husaberg (bike) has one factory complete with a little hose and fitting. I guess so does Daves Gas GAS? For the mini I just use a 5ml one and bung it in with fluid in it and go from there.

Can throw in an FXR caliper, DR650, KTM 400EXC if it will help, let me know what you think might work and I'll rip it office relevant bike in the morning before we head off. TTR125 is also an option if you think it will help. Or I could always grab them all and spend a week bleeding brakes when we get back. Let me know.

Don't go pulling anything apart. I'm swapping the engine to another frame. Should be done by the time Rich turns up...

Dale Kerrigan: If there's anything Dad loved more than serenity, it was a big two stroke engine on full throttle!
