just interested..(not looking to start an argument with anyone....)![]()
It wasn't me, it was like that when I found it. Honest.
Can I get someone to answer this question please.
Are we going to get access to a digital download of the routesheet so we can print them ourselves to fit our current routesheet holders/tank bags?
No we are not,i asked because i am not able to come up to Auckland until Saturday morning.
Below is the reply i got when i emailed KR this morning.
Gunna be any early start for me![]()
Hi
I am sorry but I don't have access to a pdf of the route sheets so you will need to get to the Ararimu Valley Rd HQ at 7.30am on Saturday to give yourself enough time to set up the sheets. Sorry about that.
cheers

Here for a good time, not necessarily a long time
Jesus guys - this is a relatively inexpensive big bike adventure ride, one of maybe three rides that actually cater for proper adventure bikes (as opposed to street legal dirt bikes) in NZ. It is being run by the guy that pretty much invented dual sport adventure riding in NZ, on a great course.
Having run a few similar rides myself, I can promise you that based on the hours spent, the financial return is pathetic. Vege is doing this one because he wants to foster this particular genre - financially, he'd be a lot better off running a trail ride or enduro.
So perhaps you could all stop bleating about the feckin' route sheets, lose the attitude and look forward to a good ride.
Will there be sticky tape provided?
R1150GS
R80GS Basic
Will there be route sheet holders available for sale on the day? If not where do you buy these?
A straight answer, finally.
If the route sheets are always one third of a A4 sheet, that might have been handy information to give riders prior to the event. But getting handy information about this ride seems pretty difficult to get even when you ask for it.
On a side note, are you sure you should be the PR rep for this ride?
