It's called Inwood Lookout on the maps

Out t'other end of 88 Valley, Rae Saddle, left, down to left, go to top...
Basically it's Wai-Iti Rd - not Wai-Iti Valley Rd and it's a public easement giving access to Gordons Knob etc.

    Tell you what.

You show me where it is on Google maps, set the location into my GPS, point my bike in the right direction, lay a trail of breadcrumbs to it & tie big red balloons where the exact place to stop is...

and i'll still not find it

Now i know where it is, if I wasn't having a major learning curve rebuilding my rear shocky then that tag would be mine.

Right, time to warm up the scooter, it hasn't had a gravel run since, hmmmm, last week over Old Coach Rd and Dovedale Saddle.
Errrr, edit. No gravel to this tag, c'mon Fran, y'know we like it dirty.

Yeah, the seal changes type right where the gravel used to start.

Was one of the only places a mate could get some wheelspin on seal in his mini, plant it on the gravel just before the seal there.

I had to cover the holes in the floor with my feet to avoid getting soaked by the back beach puddles
