    They should have been a more modern version of a DR: pretty much identical spec but better everywhere since they are 20 years newer. Instead, they're heavy and apart from FI offer very little to tempt an adventure rider off the existing older bikes. Fail.

    One review pretty much raved about the power and how much of an animal it is... yet it's 30+ kgs heavier than an LC4 and not only down on power (up on torque less) but it's a lot peakier!! Bizarre. A DR would dick all over it under 5000rpm.

    TTR not got electric start.... to dam old & lazy to kick 600s these days..
    theres also been a couple of XRs come up... but again NO sissy button...

    have looked at the 450 size... my feeling is they are a bit to
    high preformance for the use I intend...

    The Pampera is nothing like as high strung as the motorcross 450s. It's more like a DRZ400.
