I have a course this monday and next, so you'll all be free of the little ring ding 250 for a couple of weeks.
A good little pootle yesternight! Actually was a good turn out! Seems lots of us got leave passes and also had to turn into pumpkins at the end!
Was interesting swapping bikes with Gale_Wolf ... it was squidtastic! Felt the sprotsrider burn towards Wellsford and was greatful for the bar food (yummy seafood basket!)
Gremlin and his portable sun machine masquerading as a german panzer was fun to see at night. A moving spot of daylight wending its way through the twisties! At one stage, I could see the road clearly ahead even though I was at the back!
A bit of drizzle and some gravel riding really made it an enjoyable outing. Thanks to everyone keeping it upright and I think everyone has learnt their lesson not to ask Gremlin about Beemer accessories!![]()

Cammy's in at the shop for her 36k service; Got a VTR250 as a loaner.
Yeah, was a decent ride last night, but ended up being a bit later than I was hoping for, was completely knackered by the time I got home. I've had a case of saddle-butt after spending most of the weekend on the track, and the CBR's seat and relatively hard suspension wasn't helping.
I think you haven't been riding long enough!I think next time you need to turn back at Helensville if pumpkin time is needed! And I guess it may be time to get a nice gel-seat?
Always the voice of temperance and compassion is our gale_wolf, subtle as a soft nosed bullet in the back of the head!
VTR? Luxury! You should have got a FXR and been happy with it you whipper-snapper!

You're putting some serious mileage on that CBR! Nice one!
Richard, that scumbag has one of those Crossrunners reserved for my next service, he's trying to wrangle another sale out of me! I'm not so sure though, I love my Hornet more than the day I got it! And those Crossrunners look like fatties in person, hard to figure out how well they'd go with all that weight.
The VTRs seem to be the standard loaner. I've got to get a service from them so I can steal spare parts from the loan bike!![]()
Yeah it's got the same engine is the VFR so I'm pretty reserved about it to say the least!
My old man has been eyeing up those 2012 zx14rs, to trade in his 14. They are RIDICULOUS!! The bike has eaten the hayabusa bone stock. Doing 200+ on the dyno and sub 9s on the track all stock. I don't think he needs that much power :l
