I still haven't decided on a headlight set up yet.

Now I'm thinking a medium sized single headlight...

aka Hornet light? or one of the two youd normally find on a cbr250?
or the two off a cbr 250, except mounted one above the other?

or a big square fucker like off an XZ400/550?

Between CBR and Hornet size, but I am thinking about a CBR sized single too, I want something around 150mm in diameter or smaller.

Yeah mate, they're about the right size.
The Fizzer 3LN and others of that era had fairly large twin lights if I remember? So, they might be okay.

A dual beam bucket might be the go though? Few choppers have that sort of thing, guess you want as flat a one as possible though?

Am looking at getting twin MX radiators as suggested by Bogan the other day, will give me a heap more room for the T25 to be fitted and should look pretty grouse.

Ignore the rag hanging out from the tank, it's covering my carbs
My headers are the ugliest things in the world.

On a brighter note, I watched a Maserati 250F get punted around Manfeild along with a Fezza 750 Monza, my day was probably better than yours

That's actually starting to look quite sexy. I'd say there's some chance you're going to have one hell of a bike by the time it get's on the road.
