Between CBR and Hornet size, but I am thinking about a CBR sized single too, I want something around 150mm in diameter or smaller.

Yeah mate, they're about the right size.
The Fizzer 3LN and others of that era had fairly large twin lights if I remember? So, they might be okay.

A dual beam bucket might be the go though? Few choppers have that sort of thing, guess you want as flat a one as possible though?

I've got three 6 inch sealed beam Rover P6 lights under my desk
Two are 100W items

Am looking at getting twin MX radiators as suggested by Bogan the other day, will give me a heap more room for the T25 to be fitted and should look pretty grouse.

On a brighter note, I watched a Maserati 250F get punted around Manfeild along with a Fezza 750 Monza, my day was probably better than yours
