OH FFS! I am actually getting really sick of all this petty bickering that happens every year round about now. Look, I respect and like all you guy's immensely and do value you and the time you spend on 'our sport'. But seriously ladies, it's time to pick the toys up, pack the cot away and either a) just get over it and provide the best support and guidance possible to the people you choose to while ignoring the haters (while playing within MNZ rules as best as possible without blatantly cheating) or b) it's time to walk the fuck away. Some of you are starting to embarrass yourselves.

BTW - I am not calling any of you cheaters but if ya'll keep going on like this I am buying you all handbags for xmas!

If you want, I'll scan it and copy it on here. If members can't trust hard copy documents like that, what can they trust?

Dennis Charlett told me on Jan 2nd "good news Peter, MNZ have finally listened". With hand on my heart, I GENUINELY believed you or someone had finally got this long awaited correction done.

Tell me Billy, when did MNZ realise this "mistake". Was it 5 minutes after the riders breifing? Or earlier. Even telling the riders 24hrs earlier would've made a huge difference. Did they not know the day before? This is nothing but planned 1st degree bullying and if anyone is guilty of a breach of the code of conduct, it's MNZ for bring itself into disrepute.

Tell me Billy, why are MNZ not applying the same "policing" to other classes. I offered Jim Tuckerman a list of non compliances in other classes. If he was fair he'd have acted on it it. This is discrimination, another breach of the code of conduct, and the human rights act.
Is the memo above the letter you speak of Pete?If so can you please explain where it states there has been a rule change,Also at no point does it allow the use of slicks or 120/70x17 tyres,In fact it reinforces the rules effective Jan 1 2011,At NO stage did I or any other member of the roadrace commission instruct either you or Dennis that there has been a rule change,In fact I made it perfectly clear to both of you that under the current commission the use of 120/70 front would NEVER be allowed to be used on a 2.15 rim,It also doesnt explain why the email forwarded to me from you requesting Wendy to apply for new supp regs for streetstock at Round 1,(Which I might add was never forwarded on to MNZ)well before that memo from MNZ was ever in circulation,Nor does it explain the acceptance recieved by La Salle Carr on the 20th of december explaining how the rules had changed and would be as run at MCI clubdays,That was as Im sure you are aware 2 days before the memo from MNZ,Also at the bottom of the same acceptance there is a footnote stating the regs for streetstock will be handed out at sign on for round 1,What regs???Who applied for them and when????

Put simply mate,This whole streetstock tyre war,Thats been going on between yourself and MNZ since Paul Pavletich days,Seems to stem from your complete inability to accept no for an answer,In the last few months you have sent me countless emails and we have spoken on the phone,You have given me a number of reasons why you dont think the Bridgestones are suitable for use,But not 1 scrap of evidence that the 120/70s are designed to run on a 2.15 rim in the wrong direction from a reputable tyre manufacturer/distributor.

What happened last weekend at Ruapuna was nothing more than an ambush set up for the visiting MNZ officials to walk into,You people had planned to contravene the rules well before it was discovered the streetstock tyre rules had been left out of the new rulebook and just used that as an extra lever.

Just out of interest, there is nothing in the rules to stop a F4 (Bucket) bike running that particular tyre combination if they so wished, is there? Especially as the F4 class is running in the same Development Class races. And the standard rear rim on a FXR150 is a 2.15.

Your handbag, sir, comes with the optional brick....for dropping.

You will not be popular if this encourages MNZ to look at bucket practices.....

Well, hard enough getting them to look and clarify the standard rules, let alone adding new ones . Oh look, found a use for that brick too ....

Maybe you should be giving out a (optional pink) handbag at each round Spyda?
