Blah blah, you can sit on the back of the Hornet if you want. A bit of ballast over the rear wheel can be useful at times

Yip, good ride. The esteemable Mr Toto taking over organising and leading duties in Mr GiJoe's absence and he has been taught well. Led out through Scenic Drive, detouring down all manner of roads, to make us late to Wellsford, so we could only have the bar food. Tried to insist we were still in time... apparently I can add time keeping to his list of "I'm not from around here" excuses.

Lanky Bastard has the LEDs installed, looking really nice. Next job now (having seduced him into more lights) is teaching him about reflective tape

Group split up for the return leg, 8 bikes going back down SH16 and Dairy Flat (then more detouring through Albany), the others down SH1.

Fantastic turnout. I even had a brother (or sister) in arms with another VTR.
Which depressingly looked much tidier than mine.

And of course there was some git that arrived late on an R1, and of course the bar ran out of ginger beer because all the schmucks in front of me bought the same thing, but you cant have everything

No... Not really... I can't back that up.

Did anyone else see the asian girlie outside the library with possibly the shortest shorts in existance. I've seen thongs that show less leg than those shorts did.

haha but that would mean riding with you! Although that could mean a few wheelies! And you just want a reach around!

Once I have my bike I will definitely be doing a few impromptu evening rides, if I happen to have the day off, and you do know you can go riding by yourself without these boys right?

Well, it's quite easy really. With you not around, our status has evidently improved dramatically. Andrew has started riding Hondas as well. I believe we are now well on track to get him off that horrible GSXR.

The front wheel wouldn't be the only thing pointing towards the sky.

    Too obvious?
