It's like that already. The only thing is that the dinner destinations are in places like Wellsford and Clevedon

DO those hornets go alright? ive never ridden one
That was just a wind-up for Trace who's sick of hearing the story
I'll tell you the full tale next time I see you. It can only be truly appreciated with accompanying wild arm gestures, stupid facial expressions, and massive exaggeration
They do when they don't have blardy great big nails in their rear tyres
Thanks to TOTO and Cycletreads for the repair job this morning. I didn't want GIJoe to return home to find his bike had a flat tyre
Well now, I've been riding GIJoe's 2 Hondas and my Suzuki for the last few weeks, so I'll present my comparison data here...
Based on extensive empirical research and testing, this is my highly scientific rating system:
Hornet 919 =
Predator 1000 =
Gixxer 1000 =![]()
Definitely not. They're disgustingly reliable and horribly cheap to service. Toto has done over 130,000km? on his, mine is about to tick over 100,000km, and GiJoe's is somewhere around 86,000km I think. I even had to replace the front wheel bearings end of last year for the first time. Bloody terrible. Minor services are about $200, major is $300, and you even have to shod it with tyres every 20k ish. Even worse is that they're discontinued and hold their value instead of depreciating, so picking up a bargain is rare. Someone (lots of them) must love them or something
Anyway, they don't have much of a personality, as such, that a lot of other bikes do, but I've grown to love mine. It's like a puppy that's happy doing whatever you want to do.

My Hornet 900 is the only bike I regret selling.
Also, I like the idea of riding to eat somewhere and then travelling! But it will have to be out west now, I'm living there with my fiancee you see. Or, is that my wife? Oh my god I'm getting married on Saturday! What have I done!?

Got stuck behind bigger bikes in all the turns cause they just cant match the sheer horsepower of the lil'ol hornet!!
