    Well... I am a girl.
I might love bikes and cars... but I'm actually pretty girly which I think my collection of 200+ pairs of high heels may attest to

haha while I'm jealous of her numbers... think Kate Lanphear more than Imelda.
Can't imagine Imelda wearing anything in my wardrobe ever.
These are my purchases over the last month here and I have three I'm waiting on :P

$0 car and a $4000 bike. Hell I traded my A4 Audi (costing me waaaay too much) for the [current] bike. Oh and got rid of my ex in the process too

Now... I have an awesome gal and I'm gunning for a M109 - Logic, improved!

Bike $5,000 (Insured for) Cage $1500 (What I paid for it). If I tidied the cage up I might be able to get closer to $2k for it.

When I need to drive the cage I go into my flatmates room to find the keys. He uses my cage more than me. In fact the most K's I have done in my car in the last few weeks has been to drive to pick up my new bike.

Funny thing, I haven't washed my car in about 6 months, owned my new bike for almost a week and already washed it once.

No owned cage (thanks to my job). 1st bike owned for 7 years depreciated by $5k 2nd bike should appreciate by $2K (still own both). Value combined now $21K. Wifes car bought 5 years ago for $25K still only 73K on the clock but only worth $13k at most

I dont own a car, van, truck or any other 4 wheel type tool. I do my grocerys on the bike, dont mind getting wet when it rains. I would much rather ride my bike wet than drive your car in the sun....

27 years ago I had 7 bikes and 3 cars (2x HR Holdens and one V8 Premier).. of those bikes I had a GSX1100ESF and a GSX750ES that ran reliably. I rode the 1100 everywhere, rail hail or snow.. Now I am 45, and as much as I like to ride, i cant be bothered fighting the elements any more.. (well, except the missus has the car for the kids so I end up either riding the push bike or the intruder anyway.
Been there, done it.. dont have to do it any more.

heh, I had my 2000 quid bike and for the salting season (or friday pub trips) had a 100 quid 7 seater Rover Countryman Estate (heating fucked, water pump fucked, leaked water, no stereo etc...) and when it finally died, well wasn't fit for purpose, I got 100 quid for it and threw that into my 400 quid vauxhaul Nova which really wasn't in much better condition than the Rover, but the heating worked which offset the need for power steering... Aye, cheap shitty banger run around is all I'll ever need as long as I can have my nice bike
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

    Wife's ratio is probably closer to 1:1 New Kawa 650R at 11k verse S/H BMW 328i @ 14
She has 22 pairs of shoes (that I know about) value unknown.

My ratio used to be 1:1 with a 748R @ 30 k verse a BMW 325i brought for similar value.
Have recently added an M3 (got menoporsche) but are still more than happy with the 748R so won't be doing the bike 1:1 any time soon.
