What brand of bars to buy?

Which is better in your opinion?
    Zeta or Renthal?
I need to replace my bars on a budget so not keen on the oversize models.
On my last ride I had a wee off & have bent my handle bars. I'm not keen to straighten (stress) the alloy bars again & have been looking at some options = Zetas v Renthal. What has been your experience with either?

Renthal make better bars imo, but they are around twice the price of the base model zeta. I personally would run Renthal or Tag before zeta.
we may just go where no ones been

Should stick with what you know then....

Certainly, but want to compare dollar for dollar, apples against apples. Tags are dearer than Renthals & at the upper limit of my budget.

At these prices I'm sticking with a new set of Tags.
    Thanks for the input/advice.

Like Mr CR, I have twin wall Renthals and have had a couple of serious goes at throwing the bike at the scenery, but they haven't bent yet. Had Zetas on my old RM, one 1/2 decent "hello tree" bent them beyond use. You pay what you get for.

    I have these Tag bars

http://www.mrmotorcycles.co.nz/produ...oducts_id=1149 I have mashed them into the ground at speed a few times but yet to bend them... little pricey I guess though.

Had Renthals and Zetas on the DR650 and the Renthals seem to have been put through a better hardening process.
