OK who,s up for this, look's like rain as well, should be fun, for everyone else but me

I think its there last trail ride for the season,

Hoping they do the Fun day MX again.
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

Seemed like quite a low number of riders today. First few kms were greasy as ice, only came off on a big down hill with a bit too much front brake. Some of the marking out was a little lacking, had a few times where there were groups of riders wondering where to next... Good day out though, feeling sore now.

Id say a lot got put off by the weather (rain) this morning, my mate pugged out. Turned out to be a good day, as you said the track marking was a bit lacking in places, had to back track a couple of times. Out in the middle of the trail I found myself riding on my own for what seamed like long periods.
I had one off, where you come down hill into a little stream, I stalled on the exit out went to put my foot down, (short ass i am) went over on side then I rolled into the stream all on vid too might post it up later, for a bit of a laugh.

Thanks to Mr Motorcycles for these awesome trail rides

Looking forward to the Fun day MX series

    Mr Motorcycles rides

Good to see you're still going John. Is Mike still riding?
Miss these sort of rides in the SI. Although I suppose down here on the west coast you dont really need organised stuff - just go ride! wherever

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And now a third thing a bloody big gun to shoot theives with!

Hi Andy, been a while since you been in here, hope all is well with you and the family.

Mike still around, been a bit busy with getting the new house sorted, before they move in, so hasn't been on the
    last couple of rides.
Yea, its a GoPro HD Hero awesome cam. takes awesome video, specially when you watch on Hi Def big screen TV

Ok may need to get one of those. just getting back into the biking again, doing a 2dayer in the middle of SI soon. Camera would be a good idea I think - so the missus can see what I put myself ( and the kids) through! and revisit the scenery!. How long do they go for? - couple of hours ? or longer/shorter?

have you got the go pro hero HD2 with the 1080p resolution or the older model 720p resolution? see they have them at tracktion in chc for $500.00 for the best one or $299.00 for the lower resolution model.
