Are there any of the old "council" testing stations out your way?

Waitakere testing station still exists out West, but there are bugger all people going there now ($$'s I presume).

Go to Station Road Automotive in Wiri Station Road. Kevin owns and operates the garage and he does bike warrants.
He knows his stuff and he will let you do the riding parts.
I've used him for years and never had a problem that wasn't fixed immediately or soon after going there.

Colemans on K Rd is probably closest. 40 - 50 bucks I believe.

Or there is Motohaus, now on College Hill, if Freemans Bay side of the city suits...

Hey, if you don't mind 5 minutes out of the CBD, Roger at Atomic Wreckers on Barrys Point Road is pretty straight up. I take the VFR to him because he doesn't give a rat's about the non-standard confirminators and zorst, just so long as the bike is safe.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Am I being trolled or was "Auck CBD" not specific enough?

I ended up going to Cycletreads, tyre change + WOF. Swift service, free coffee that actually tasted like coffee, latest bike magazines to read and friendly people all round. Thumbs up to them!

Last time I checked, Takapuna is not in the CBD. And the Google link I provided (whilst a bit of a wind-up) actually does carry out a search for WOF testing in Auckland CBD and excludes VTNZ in the results set...

I reckon you're the successful troll!
