By the look of the wear pattern of that front tire, he has not ridden the bike very hard.
Just something to look at when buying second hand,
More wear in the center of the tire than the edges leads me to believe owner was a casual rider, not an aggressive one.
Which would reflect that the mechanical s have not been stressed nor the suspension/shocks taken anywhere near their limits.
Plus the brakes will have had min stress placed upon them.
Over all condition from pics depicts a very tidy well cared for unit, probably regularly serviced and always kept clean.

Open for others views on the tire wear point.

Re above,,,, in that location the outside of the tyre will wear out before the centre, UNLESS they are s hard rider, then the tyre will just about wear evenly.

Hey, enjoy your new bike. Does look nice, love the colour - that blue is my next favourite after Candy Orange Max! Comes nicely accessorised too, side bags and aftermarket exhaust. That's one thing Suzuki did too well, the mufflers. Those things need to make more noise!

Thank you very much, I love it too! blue actually looks a bit darker in real life. check this photo out! I love it, I did receive all the service history all the way back from when It was first purchased back in 2004. One stage the bike wasn't running well with backfires and stuff but it sure looked like it was taken care of in good hands.

It does have some mineral build up on under the clear coats on brake fluid tank etc. can I just sand that down and polish them? would I need to re-clear coat them? + Id still want that front suspension seal changed a bit later..

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

If it's alloy parts, then yes you have to strip the clear coat off and sand it back then re-polish. Or paint/powdercoat/clearcoat/anodise.

You don't have to reapply a clear coat. I stripped a lot of ally bits on my old Bandit back to bare metal, and then polished and left them bare. It just means you have to give them a polish with some Autosol every now and then to keep them looking good, because they will get manky after a while. Or just shoot some clear on them yourself. I preferred the bare ally look.
