VT250 or maybe VTR seem the trick, about the only 17s I know of with a drum rear.

My CG125 has a 100x80 17 contigo on the rear which I might have to steal for the bucket.
I don't want to spend much money on this thing but want to at least swap to 17s, do you guys think im better off just finding some second hand spoked wheels like the xr200 someone mentioned before or is there some better alloys I could adapt for not a lot more money. I'm not looking for the widest wheels possible, just something wider than what I have that will let me run half decent tires, it is a stock GL145 afterall.
Pm me I think I have some of the vt250 wheels in the shed
My neighbours diary says I have boundary issues

    Bucket wanted

Anyone know of, or have a bucket for sale in the Auckland area (or somewhere within an hour or so), ideally an FXR but I will consider anything. I do not want a major project but some tidying and sorting is not a concern.
Reply or PM me here or by mobile 0274 800 569.

    Ta, Iain

I am in urgent need of FXR forks and rear shock (or a new bike, lol). If anyone has these available could you PM me please to discuss price. Cheers

    Hels,
One of the other Nicks ( from Levin - he was at Kaitoke yesterday) has put an Impulse front end onto his FXR chassis - he may still have the originals? Don't have his contact details though....doh!

I have the contact details.... oh wait its me. I have both the fronts and rear fxr shock. Fronts may be a little bent ( slight crease near the top above where the seal runs) if your desperate. But the rear should be fine. I do have a front caliper if you need tho.. if that home made caliper seal stops working on yours.

Hey Hels, if I were you I would grab the rear shock he is offering. The RG unit is not a straight swap (not sure if you realised that or not).

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

Yeah, I just realised that last night

Just having a think at the moment as funds are non existent and parking the bike up until there is, is prob the best option. Still thinking....

    FXR 150 Caliper

    'ello all.

I'm after a FXR150 front caliper for me bucket project. Although from what I've seen it's the same as the rear so I guess that'll work also.

PM me if you have something I can use

    Cheers.

EDIT: I have one now, thanks Kel.
