To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded
Yeah, I know it's not the real one but you get my point.
Just another foolish person putting his and innocent lives at risk.
If this was a closed circuit, then it was good riding
but on public roads, no matter what the skill level, its bad riding.
Its riders doing this that makes joe public believe every one of us is tarred with that same brush, totally careless about life and limb.
To be old and wise, first you must be young and stupid.
Back in 2003 I was in London having a look through one of their many museums... The science and technology museum I think it was. Next to an exhibit of a formula 1 car was a sedan with a sport-bike taking up the whole area inside the cabin across the two front seats. Some poor buggers driving the car had been t-boned by the bike doing somewhere up towards 200km/hr. The bike had punched straight through the passenger door, instantly killing the two occupants of the car, and from memory I think the rider had cut himself in two on the roof of the car. The steering head of the bike had made it as far as the driver's door, and might have been sticking out the driver's window. The authorities had cleaned all the body parts and blood out of the car and re-installed the bike exactly as it had ended up in the crash before sticking it in the museum.
I guess you could say it made an impact. (No pun intended).
Would of looked similar to this.![]()
