A little bit of wee came out

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRBct...feature=fvwrel

Heath at H/motorcycles has a full optioned one on the floor.
And on the 16th and 17th of June they are doing various rides with it and XC800 etc.
The XC800 left me a bit flat when I first saw it in the flesh, but this new beastie looks like a superb NZ all roads tourer.
Priced at about 26k, it is taking the fight to those Bavarian money wasters big time.
    Come on lotto, me want

If your in/near the Waikato that weekend, then a pootle on the beast would appear to be a no brainer.

If I had the cash to keep 5 bikes idd look at buying one as the duel purpose option to have.

If I ever let the Street Triple go, I'd be keen to get one as a replacement (The CEO wouldn't let me have more than one bike at a time )

I'd buy it from Heath too. That guy and his team are absolute standouts compared with the average dealer.

Do they come in orange lol

It is a very nice bike, great to see another manufacturer in the game. Wouldn't it be great if Ducati built a REAL adventure bike?

Triumph is making no bones about gunning for BMW's best-selling R1200GS - its new Explorer 1200 is aimed squarely at giving the BMW a bloody nose. And in every possible way, except for off-road ability and image

Copied that from the blurp on the Vid , except is a funny word to use
I do like the looks of having two front guards though, wish my bike had thaaaat

I like, but I think the little 800 would be more my style. If you want a road bike, buy a real road bike.

New Plymouth motorcycles has got one in, they do look nice, but they also look heavy. Be interesting to see a comparison of the dry weights of all the big bikes.
