I barely touched it! Highside, land on back, bounce off track.

Skunk, could you pencil me in for a spot in the truck? I can't commit right now but I'm keen as a bean.

I've done a bit of snow riding, I will still go out if it does.

Update: Looking at going down Thursday with the bikes and back Monday.
Make sure you email race@vicclub.co.nz to get your booking done - DON'T post here and expect it to happen.

Oh, and I'll need a place to stay I guess. I have a bed in the truck but that's it.

Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!

OK, looks like there have been a couple of changes to the entry for the main BoB endurance race. It has been decided to limit the entry to 40 bikes, and also entry will be dictated by prelim race results, with a qualifying cutoff set at 120%. This means in a 5 lap sprint if you are lapped by the race leader you may not qualify to race the main Endurance event.
Not too sure that I agree with these changes but apparently thats what has been decided.

How many people get passed in a 5 lap race by Matthew HOr Nick Cain now? If its half the field then that will never work.

Depends how many turn up I guess, occasionally they catch me at last corner and there are usually quite a few behind me. Seems a massive over reaction due to one guy in his second ever event getting knocked off by someone who made a poor decision on how he was going to pass the rider in front.
