At least if they don't pay, you still own it, and have more options, like re-listing.

A few years back my brother scored a front windscreen from a big V8 supercar crash at Pukekohe, listed it on trademe and the winner put a couple hundred in his bank and said he will give him a txt when he can pick it up. The windscreen sat in the shed for a year and he sold it again, haven't heard from the original buyer since a week after he paid for it. Winning

Purchased off a retardme auction, they had all the make contact in 24 hrs, money in their account by three days or they leave negative feedback yadda yadda, then i get an email, i live in the stix with no reliable transport so can't post the goods for two weeks, actually it was three weeks received. So whenever i see those conditions i just give them a wide berth.

Phone last night from better half (male) saying the money did not get put in and they would come up today at 1pm with the cash to collect.

He rings a bit later to see if Friday is ok

...still having trouble finding car with tow ball/trailer and someone to help him with the lifting...

Replacement item turns up on Sunday....so fingers crossed

Purchaser used Buy now and then used the same excuse that he has used on other auctions when he has not been able to come up with the money that 'His Daughter pressed buy now' Read all this traders feedback he uses a false name and frequently gives sellers excuses about not having the money and is generally an appalling trader.

Hey u dont give me that bulshit about excuses i rang to organize the day to pic up the truck but all i get from u was f this f this. i havent even said to come and pic up the truck, for your information i was going to pay u for the truck but the way u speak to me like shit u can stick the truck up your ass so dont call me bulshit and be careful who your swearing at because u gave me your address so think about that and think about the hospital i could been a real asshole and given u alot of bother.

That is a report to trademe in my book. The dude has made threats, publicly no less.

If trademe wont do anything, email it to the local constabulary and Campbell live at the same time to ensure something gets done.
