Well for sure Stoner's gotta win a few on the trott to get back into it. And Lorenzo hasn't crashed of his own accord this year...as Stoner didn't last year. A sign? I want to see it come down to the very last round in Valencia man! Between Lorenzo, Stoner AND Pedro!!

    Pedrosa (see above)
    Lorenzo
    Cal
    Dovi

And something either breaks or falls off Spies bike (Conspiracy!!!!!!!)

Do actually know anything about Stoner?
I'm no fan, but I respect his tenacity and he earned everything he's got.

Never thought I'd see the day you'd say something like that Shaun. He's been racing bikes since he was four years old. How would you think he could contribute anything but the talent? Do you think he lived in flash hotel etc the whole time too?

And what thee fuck has his wife got to do with anything?

Sounds like you hang with a lot of bitter & twisted people mate.

The Stoners shared a motor home with another family while he raced in the UK.
He hasn't been to school since he was about 13.
Not my idea of being spoiled...

We sometimes expect too much of these young guys. They are in the position they are in by having developed tunnel vision and devoted pretty much their entire life to becoming a GP rider. Then we expect them to be well rounded individuals?

We stick them under a TV microscope and are surprised that ocasionally someone looks a prat. Fuck I'm glad nobody was watching me on telly when I was their age...

Some are improving: Lorenzo has realised that he has missed a lot and is reportedly trying to educate himself. Pedrosa actually smiles sometimes, and he and Lorenzo have developed a mutual respect in place of their former antipathy.

Stoner is Stoner, some like him, some don't. At least he's consistent.

Oh, and I just forked for the half season video pass...

Anyone that thinks either Stoner's had it easy or is spoilt is delusional. And very jealous too.

There is no room for comments such as the above on this thread................

Balanced, well reasoned and well phrased comments are just plain out of place.
It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.
