    Re the under steer. Isn't the agip bike retrofitted with hubcentric steering?

    Wonder if it's always had an understeer problem since it was done.

    It was built new with that system, out of old railway lines.

    nah built this way from the start. and usually hub center steering should provide more grip, since the tyre stays flat on the road, leading/trailing link shit tends to lift the contact patch off the ground the more you turn.

    understeer, I thought thats what they are supposed to do. On the beemer I just sledge the front on right handers then button off when I want it to turn and the rear comes around, makes a cool noise. On left handers I just ride it out and check out the lawns.

    I know the geometric advantage, but it should still have some caster to lift an edge when turning. So when the tyre distorts you get maximum contact patch still.

    mm, would have to turn to full lock on a level surface n see.. its turning axis looks pretty vertical to me. definitely not a visible lift like the trailing link style.

    What does it have those enormous bars for then? Steering should be as light as all hell I would have thought.
