Just as the weather finally gets better, my bike is out of action.
Battery died yesterday, had to rollstart to get to work. Dies as I roll in to work. Call the Bike Dr, he thinks its the regulator, takes the battery out, charges it, and comes back today with a new regulator, and fires it up to check everything with a multimeter.
turns out the regulator was so fucked it took out the stator with it. $300 in parts alone, and 15 days before it even lands in NZ.
FML!
On a brighter note, I think I saw Mikey riding down Carribean drive when I was out for a jog on Wednesday. Good looking bike man.
