Scrivy reckons I'm crap as a swinger but it turns out Fast Eddie can't even do a few laps swinging with a 70 year old pensioner without breaking himself![]()
I hear some bloke has been havin a bleat on Arsebook about Pirate getting a warning "for a bit of rubbing into turn one" at Hampton downs, as he puts it.
Id just like to clear that up.
Yep, it was me that complained to the MNZ steward, (I wouldnt do it if I wasnt big enough to put up my hand publicly & say it was me) It wasnt about "a bit of rubbing" that was just the last straw that made me lose the fuckin plot. It was about some fuckin moron parked (not broken down, just parked) on the start line, on the race line during a race with absolutely no signaling from the marshalls to do so, in the wet, on a silver sidecar, that was virtually invisible as we came over the hill & around the blind corner & nearly cleaned the fuckin idiot up at near 200k.
That was immediately after him being totally incapable of following simple instructions about how the start lights worked.
Just watch the attatched on board footage from 3.45 to 4.10.

Its probably easier to blame "a bit of rubbing", because that kinda paints the recieving party to look a bit stupid & suits the cause, but if I were the MNZ rep on the day, i would have burnt his licence & told him to fuck off for the stopping thing.
At least four people have been killed on NZ tracks in the last five years due to stationary traffic on the race line. If people dont like my attitude to it, thats fine by me, but as long as people ride sidecars like morons and endanger the lives of other competitors, I will continue to behave like a cunt about it, & playing the woe is me card about it is just fuckin pathetic. The guy basically had an attempt at taking my life & those of a couple of my chums, so excuse me for being a bit annoyed about it.
I had let the incident go & put it behind me, but someone wants to make a deal out of it now, so I guess I get to have my say too.
P.s, and the Lawrences losing their guard by smashing into us on the same day was a genuine racing incident & not caused by stupidity on the part of either party, it was a combination of close racing & a mechanical failure on one of the machines that caused it to suddenly lose forward motion.
Good skills that dick.
haha its truegood laps fr us tho 1:52..
broke my index finger left hand.. its a bit twisted outta shape too.. did it on lap 2 or 3, finished the race no complaints thonaturally
yea im sweet bro, finished the race.. broke me finger on lap 2 or 3 then flopped about fr last few laps.. still helped get the bikes fastest lap o the day tho! finger looks a little odd now and gone purple.. gna go get an xray and ask if docta can straighten it back out fr me

That'll be the quickest Alex has ever gone around there on anything
WTF was he thinking, doesn't anyone know the rules anymore?
I don't think it was that incident Darren was talking about, but the Pirate should have been given a right real serve for doing that, when the rules used to read "stop and reform on the grid in the case of a red flag" I decided if it ever happend in a race I was going to ignore it and get off the track
Fuck off, it was, those cunts on the green bike riding like arseholes![]()
Oh im fairly sure it was the incedent he was talking about. I fuckin yelled at them after they tried to clean Tracey up again, same as Wanganui last year, because I had totally run out of the ability to suck up his total stupidity by then.
And then Mr Asbergers syndrome, suggested that Tracey & her sidecar had nothing to do with me & I should not get involved in other peoples incidents, No seriously, he actually did say that!!
It wasnt a red flag situation, it was a full distance race & he did that at the end of his first lap for his own reasons, whatever the fuck they were.
