Crappy website with no online purchasing, but a few different lower priced options, brackets and lighting: Roll Chart Products
From http://www.motoone.co.nz side load so you can take it indoors load your roll chart then easy fit back on bike - seems to work well although quite small but should get a week of charts into it for Picton to start of DBK1 which is plenty.

Indeed I did happen to be in a meeting with you yesterday afternoon.
Thanks for the links, Etrex is a Legend HCx but I quite fancy trying the road book type navigation as I have never done it before. The Touratech units look Gucci but are pretty expensive, will perhaps load up with both and compare on the day.
More likely I will just cheat and follow someone!
Cheers
Like the man says- the RAM mounts work well. Adapted a Radar Detector mount for the roll chart and can switch for the GPS if required on the same handlebar mount. Open to any bright lightweight additional fuel options for the KTM. Can't find anything on the net/or ADVrider. Could take the Tiger but just too much of a handful and have already drowned it once- not something to be repeated.

If you're going down that path I'd recommend MSR bottles over any overpriced Chinese imported Kathmandu shit. MSR (Mountain Safety Research) equipment is top notch, I have bashed my MSR bottles around for years riding and backpacking and they are strong as hell. The MSR also do three sizes including an 887ml

Yeah very fast, now only 4 spots left!!
I looked at the small bottles several years ago and decided I did not want to try filling through that small neck and was told garages don't like it when you can't stick their pump nozzles in the bottle. That's why I just pack a cheaper, proper 4 Litre plastic fuel can.
