    Sad to think his last days were blighted in such a cowardly way.
    Hard to prove murder but how about manslaughter? The picks actions certainly seem to have affected his health

    Yeah ... a charge of manslaughter is more like it ... just need to link his declinign heath to the attack .. would not be that hard I hope ...
