Who is using wets on FXR rims? Do they work OK? I have pinched slicks and they're awesome but not sure what wets would be like, or should I be looking for new rims?

Have run wets on standard rims before now, pinched wets work as well as pinched slicks, only point I'd make would be to ditch the tubes and that they will probably still be a bastard to bead up.
Stock is best

There are bolt up tubeless valve stems that go through the standard sized holes. Not sure where to get them though.

I got my valve stems from Cycletreads in Auckland.
Good on you. A machine shop in Auckland charged me $75! That was when I went tubeless for my slicks. I did my wet wheels myself on a drill press - worked perfectly.
