I was just coming on to mention that, I got a fixed price offer for 7.5k too, that was a quick drop.. lets see if it drops again (if no one buys it)
I have a buyer at 5k which he isn't interested in.. so we'll see how it goes! Guess he will be running the 272 Long Bike at nats then!
p.s. is the black mo built harris' first/only bike? - Kick, he may have to go on a new learning curve to ride a long bike
chur! just arrived in TGA this eveningmeaan warm weather love it, ditched the clothes instantly but then Officer Robertson asked me to put em back on..
agip bike looks good to go, thanks again Nev! you can tell the bits you have touched cause they are bloody nice and tidy!!, thanks heaps mate. love it, feels tighter u can kick the tyres and things dont shae wobble n rattle anymoreAnd thanks Steve (and gordy, trace, tina) for dragging the bike around too. We fired it up couple hours ago and went up and down street feels good. broken finger does not like clutch tho.. thinking about swapping hydraulic clutch line over to brake lever and flag the spare brake it has.
will this work or will a brake master cyl be different to a clutch master cyl? (could google but then yas have got nothin to do) will need a longer hydraulic clutch line tho as this one wouldn't reach
true.. i have it on fairly reliable word that long bike cud b had fr cheap.. if i had 6-7k cash id make the offer lol.
havent seen it race in years so cant remember wat it goes like but i swung on it once at a hagd before colin took off overseas.. thought it was nicely built and tidy.
edit: better shout out to my old man who pulled my tacho and temp gauge apart and fixed em! churr, got a smooth workin clear reading rpm counter (it used to flicker up and down so much that all it really did was give u an estimated rpm within a range of 2,000 lol) and he just cut out sm old dodgy wiring and put new stuff in fr main power etc. churrr
You'd hear the classic sidecar guys squealing from here if one of these fronted up
