Kai, Make sure the master cylinder piston is returning right back to the circlip. If the piston dosent fully return, it does not open the resivoir port to the master cylnder & pretty much what is happening now happens.
Im not about at the mo, but if youre in the shit your dad may be able to raise Paul from Eurotechnic. I understand he occasionally works for beer.

I'd be looking at the master cylinder then because it sounds like it's not returning properly, did you have the top off the master cylinder when you tried it?
