When I see reports like that I have to keep saying to myself "I love my 990, I love my 990, I love my 990". No I dont want a 1190,......

You'd probably love this one even more if the reviews are accurate

Another "review". Actually looks more like a rewrite of KTM propaganda, and I doubt that the "author" has even ridden it. Some interesting stuff now appearing in the orangutang crush section in Advrider now from people who have just bought them.

Nope, not ridden at all. Just regurgitation of various press releases.

Good looking bike no doubt. But, I'll have to stick to my ole' slow KLR....because it's paid for

Speaking as someone who has taken a 950 properly off road and at speed (those were the crashes anyway), I'm over big adv bikes, no matter how good.

    +1 there Stu!!

My experiences were a little different but; I kept getting stuck while out on my own! 1 time on a remote sand dune coastal track in WA...when my water ran out and I was still digging??........well I was not such a fan anymore!!
They are very talented roadies that can do a wee bit of gravel it must be said!
I'm no gynaecologist, however I would be happy to take a look......................

The problem is that they lull you into a false sense of security: "Hey! This is just a big dirt bike, it handles like a 250, go FASTER!!!"

There is that horrible feeling when you realise that you are going waaaaay too fast and you ain't going to make the next corner...
