For me, I am fine on Tramadol and Morphine, but I wouldn't trust myself to walk, let alone drive, on Ketamine. Unfortunately, Panadol isn't strong enough.

Sorry, but to me this reads that you wouldn't drive on Ketamine but would happily drive on either Tremadol or morphine, I can't comment on tremadol, but if you go anywhere near a car on morphine you deserve to be shot, I don't even like the idea of driving on codiene (i had to once, in an emergency) I would much rather use cannabis for pain if I intend to drive.

But as I said, painklllers affect each person differently so you should consult your Dr. in the first instance.

I can imagine it ain't that much fun. I'd hate to be in such consistent pain, but if mj works for folks, shirley they should be allowed to use it? even if they do enjoy the high too?

Not at all. I can see where they're coming from and to a degree I agree with them in regards to the hypocrisy. However I understand both sides of the "argument". Driving wasted is one thing, but driving mildly stoned is another thing entirely and people do it day in and day out without littering the pavements with body's. A dose of mj can be managed to be all but negligible in regards to cognitive impairment.
