But it was looking good as far as crowds, fanfare and cars,I'll give them that.

We used to drive there from Wgton on Friday nights for bike meets, like in 1970, must of been mad.

with less cash from the blue bike company would that lead to a more level playing field ?
i wonder what the top superbike riders would purchase if the had to use there own money , would the rules change ?

Its not a rumour that the ''blue bike company'' is in fact Yamaha, who put basically nothing into NZ road racing. So who the hell are you referring to?
