    Nostalgia Pix

After posting a couple of blogs on old photos, as the blogs can only take 6 pix, I thought perhaps a thread was in order, which may or may not be bike related....but here's the first two.

One for the southerners and one for the northerners (well Wgtn riders). Both taken from days when Tar Snakes weren't heard of and didn't exist, SH1 still had one way bridges...and a big bike was a 750!

    Yeah, still used for trains.

Another cool old bridge, I don't have a pic, but the old Cheviot bridge! I believe if one transgressed going north through Cheviot, you had a 50:50 chance because if the lights were green the local cop would let you go. If red, he had you on toast!

Motocrossing out Tai Tap' way....when Elsinores ruled and Ross Horsborough was Sth Island Champ (I think?)

Once again, my poor old Zenith B camera from the time was a bit stretched.

I don't recall. There were 2 or 3 short ones on SH1 up north in the Ward area.

Bet thing that ever happened in Seddon was that being replaced so now there's no pissing about waiting for traffic

Before 1980 I would think, I can remember it being built while I was still at school
