Just bear in mind if something happens and ambos etc have to attend, easier to maintain your modesty if you have something on, underneath.

Why don't you just keep a spare pair of shoes at work? I have to when I ride my bike to work, albeit not that often. I have to have steel cap boots for work though, can't wear my moto boots. Personally in terms of riding my bike to work I'm more concerned about messing up my hair and makeup than my footwear, lol.
