Clutch lever just gave up on me, the bolt that holds the lever in has snapped at the thread

Where do i find a new or preferably 2nd hand one in the wellington area?

So an OEM bolt has broken, resulting in an inoperable clutch lever and you would prefer to replace it with a second-hand item?

Nope oem part has broken due to me being a ruff cunt when I replaced the oem levers and bteaking the bolt n then I put bolt back in with 2 lines of thread left. Which workd sweet for couple weeks but now its given up

If you're breaking shit like that...you shouldn't be working on your bike. Your life is in your hands...and butchering shit ain't healthy.
