dont forget to wave
KTM.... every man & his dog has either had one / has one or wants one...
So for that reason alone I would get a husky...
Pete
90% of all Harleys built are still on the road... The other 10% made it back home...
Ducati... Makeing riders into mechaincs since 1964...
Husqvarna is now owned by KTM btw.
we may just go where no ones been
Honda.Never owned a KTM, ridden a couple, nice to ride. Only ever had an old husky dirtbike, but it was a lot of fun.

For a man is a slave to whatever has mastered him.Keep an open mind, just dont let your brains fall out.
Personal preference. What sort of riding are you wanting to do? Open fast MotoX type stuff? or Trail rides & forest?
do you prefer red or orange?
2 stroke or 4?
Trail rides seem to be overrun with KTMs these days - therefore I would pick a Husky, because I'm strange like that![]()
WESTIE CHICKS ROCK
Had Hondas first, now have a KTM, meh much of a muchness unless you want to race. other than that personal preference.
Both would do the same job equally well, only down side with Husky there aren't that many dealers around so spares/back up can be a hassle to get.
Yes KTM's are every where , not to long ago you'd be lucky to see a KTM/Husky/Montessa/Maico at a meet. The Japs ruled back then in NZ.
Some nice deals on Huskies at the moment, now they're going under the wing of KTM (technically owned by the majority shareholder of KTM, not KTM themselves), as most bikes will change quite a bit.
Only thing I'd say if looking at a Husky is get the latest one you can, they've improved leaps and bounds under BMW ownership and each year seems to be markedly better than the previous. Not all bikes are good though, the central pivot design carried over from that stupid bloody G450X still needs more development and it's being dropped.
