Hi from Hibiscus Coast. Bandit 1250 (Surfer2014)

    Hi all ,

I'm a new member on the site.
I have just purchased a new 1250 Suzi Bandit and am looking forward to hopefully meeting other like minded people in the future (and contributing to the site forum of course! haha)

Ive had enough of tinkering with older perhaps more 'exotic ' bikes that are not that reliable, and the Bandit ticked all the boxes for me - and some!

Well, I could hardly comment on that... Been here 14 years now, no desire to move away.

Welcome aboard and you have one of my favourite bikes. Maha has recently bought one and would no doubt like to catch up with you, he's not far away either.

Yeah stuff all that old bike shit, buy new and save yourself the trouble...welcome to the site Paul.
The GSX 1250 ticked all the boxes for me also, and still does every time I take it out. Never thought I would own a Suzuki but, after seeing it on TM and then reading what a few member had to say about it, I bought it.

Someone pointed me in the direction of Jimmy Mair but there was a new one at Colemans for $17K with panniers and a top box, black/gunmetal frame and rims.
