    Twisting Throttle New Zealand

NZ er Mike Hyde's new book is now available , for those of you that have read is previous books , " Twisting Throttle Austalia " and " Twisting Throttle America " and enjoyed his Kiwi style humour as well as the set out maps and information of some great rides through out both countries will really appreciate this new issue of his top fifty rides in NZ which takes in both the main sealed road routes with lots of diviations as well as the unsealed
    roads through out our country.
The photos in this book are excellent and the detailed descriptions of his adventures make for really enjoyable reading which gets the juices running for summer and the touring which comes with it.
You can Google ' Twisting Throttle " for more info.

ive read the aussie one too, was a good read although he has an unusual view of other motorcyclists...hoping they wont talk to
him about bikes, as he admits to knowing nothing about them and not really being interested....??
that withstanding, hes a funny bugger and ive been meaning to buy his usa book

Just got my copy, plenty of funny lines and observations, must take the time to read the odd paper book in a while, and this is going to be far better than a normal book.

Thats what makes them worthwhile reading....should take a leaf out of Ted Simon's Jupiters Travels and deliver more on the ride itself

These are the days that must happen to you, by Dan Walsh is an excellent read too if your into motorcycle travel and humour. Have a copy here that I would be willing to lend out to anyone who is to poor to buy a copy.

I used to love reading to the kids, and tried to encourage them to write their own short stories, which led my daughter to follow journalism at high school. She even has a few articles published. But I think she has lost interest now that she is out in the real world. I love reading, and read just about anything I can get my hands on.

Yep. Part way through it. I enjoy Mike's books/humour.
Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!

Just picked up a copy of Mike's book and was laughing as soon as I started reading it - well worth $30
