You have to have a revolution against the American supported government first. Just remember not to use the internet to organise the revolution, actually allowing for friendly fire that might be the beat way to win ;-) umm Wonder if a campaign of revolutionary e-mails could result in US aid to NZ![]()

TOP QUOTE: “The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people’s money.”
Yes, that used to be pretty true - however the neo-liberal agenda started by Labour, especially Roger Douglas, tried to change that and insert a true bourgoisie mentality into New Zeland and that largely has worked. Even the Labour Party of today is no longer socialist - and many of them would have a fit if they were called Socialist - I don't believe they are Socialist at all . They are a slightly pink tinge of centrist politics ...
New Zealand might once have been close to the egalitarian myth ... but it has always been a myth ... justr a well accepted one, part of the hegemony and control processes of TPTB ... The "if a boy from a state house can be PM then anyone can " bullshit ... it's Williams Step ladder to success - a myth that is really only available to a few ...
New Zealand has also been very socialist at several points of our histroy - from the Socialism of the first Labour Government - John A Lee et al (Not Savage - an empty facade that one) - Mudoon's Government of the late 1970s early 80s (tho' Muldoon would have been horrified at that thought) ... even Holyoake was pretty Socialist by world standards ..
Holyoake was NEVER egalitarian however - He was an aristocratic prick ...
"So if you meet me, have some sympathy, have some courtesy, have some taste ..."
Campbell Live tonight ... "me thinks he protests too much" ... he came a long second to Key and doesn't like it a bit!Interesting if nothing else!
I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!
After watching that, I'm happy to take what John Key says on faith.
Poor metaphor with the anti virus bit, but only because he never got a chance to finish what he was saying, what with that smug shit eating Campbell cunt constantly cutting him off.
I'd have explained that I would come back once I was allowed to answer the questions asked, fully. Then walked out.
Actually that's a good question. (without people there isn't any need for any form of ism!)
Briefly:
A theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole. I.E. Collectivism rather than individualism. (mediocrity IMHO)
A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link, Socialism focuses on the weakest link, the lowest common denominator as the standard!
I prefer systems that focus on the strongest link and getting as many of the weaker links as possible up to that level as the standard.
The more strong links a chain consists of the less likely the chain is to fail prematurely.
That does not mean advocating casting out the weak links but nurturing them in a way that honours their competence and capacity to contribute.
Unfortunately the majority of New Zealanders think the government is all powerful and is in possession of a limitless vault of money that they are entitled to a share of!
My preferred attitude, don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel ... get on down there and light the bloody thing yourself!
Simplest terms of reply to your question mashman ... fire away, I think I can hack it!

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"
Bowls can wait !
