    They have since replaced it with a Van that parks up nearby on the same stretch...

    To be fair, the van has been used further up the hill with some success for quite a while.

    No. On Caversham halfway between the old fixed camera and Lookout Point. You can tell it is the speed camera as the van is 15 years newer than all the other shit that parks up there.

    I do it every day. Traffic does 100km/h(ish) in the morning going in and 60km/h coming out. Average is 80km/h so it works out ok.
