Hey whoever switched my LED's off, please don't. You don't go flicking switches on another persons bike.

Hey Angle how long does it take for a chain to get that bad? The guys checked it when they put my tire on a month or so ago, they even showed me so I knew the chain wasent touching the top of the other thingy.

Actually, I believe it was me, unfortunately... but I haven't done that on purpose, I probably just switched them off when we were looking at your at your 'Ram-Air' and LED set up. I tend to always switch off all electrical circuits if a particular system is not in use (it's a subconscious safety thing). I apologise and solemnly promise not to do it again.

Although you're correct I've known a few people who have done a lot more that flick the switches on other peoples' bikes, but I digress... You can flick switches on my bike if that will make you feel better.

If it goes that bad that fast I would say that the chain has had it (or the wheel has not been put on properly). From the top of my head I would think that some of the seals (O-rings or X-rings) got stuffed and some roller bushings have lost their internal lubricant leading on to other things (such as worn out pins). Regrettably I did not have a good look at the chain on Wednesday, so if you tighten it up we will have a look at it next week.

P.S. I reckon we should all ask The Singing Chef nicely to give a wheelie lesson next Wednesday.

I've only ever lifted the front once unintentionally in the past. (except for on the CG125, but that doesn't count!)
It should be easier 2-up eh...

I may be missing a past story but I +1 this, I want to see how miserably most of us fail with wheelies.

What's up with your bike? You could still watch the carpark work and talk shit at the pub.

I'm "supposed" to rest my bike until she gets the carbs stripped and a full service. Yet I'm realising how much I need to learn, so I'm taking her to the carpark tomorrow anyway.
