I am open to other options if theres some other roads that you guys want to do.
Sounds good. Is my 170k range going to be an issue? Gas stops on they way?

You will be fine. My bike also suffers from small tank syndrome.

That proposed route was close Dino We had a whale of a time. 5 of us in the end. oneblackflag well and truly joined the ranks of adventure bike rider and added a whole bunch of nice new bits of character to his bike. Both sides of his bike. Well done mate

    Bugga... been there
Nothing worse than the front going, the rears alrite you can control that and end up having fun with it but when the front goes its a nasty feeling as ya go splat.

Hell yea! Got a conti twinduro on the front now, feels pretty good, had to better than the bald one.... have a michelin ac10 for the back which is gonna be a bit of an overkill (didn't realise how aggressive they were).

What was the proposed route Mr Dominator?

actually come to think of it the first time i used AC10s was on the king country ride and they where perfect for the 42nd, i never had any issues with them and had more traction than most, just watch that rear on the wet seal it'll let go real quick.
one of these on the rear will serve you well for adv riding http://www.bits4bikes.co.nz/ab4btyre...yres/2681.aspx
im running one on the rear and ac10 on the front, ya get good milage out of the 244 good bang for buck.
from the words of the Doctor, put something you trust on the front and a round black rubber thing on the back

i wont be riding this weekend, still a bit crook

Text message sent bro. I feel a Coromandel loop in my waters. Probably about 30-35% gravel with plenty of coffee and gas stops. Meet at your place? You live in North Hamilton so that would make sense?
    Let me know okay?
