This has nothing to do with lowered drinking age and all to do with fuck wits. 20 or 18 doesn't matter , the kid was 9 FFS with one STUPID brother and aunty. Not sure on the mother, all out rage etc but then the kid (9 year old) says he has done it before, and where did the brother and aunt get the fucked up attitude to booze?

Had to get my 9 yo to interpret what the fella was saying - a bit like getting my teenager to tell me what some of my rallies are saying in fbook in their language e.g. "y nt u felz gt sme coolaz shit down in da hodz"
