Returning to riding - Bike advice

Hi, I am returning to road riding after a 10 year break. I used to ride every day as my transport and also race 125gp bikes which was a lot of fun till the class started dying out. Im after some input on a few bikes im looking at with budget of 10k. Will be mainly used for commuting, weekend rides and track days. If I get the time I may see the south island too. Anyway, looking at triumph 675, gsxr 750 and a zx6r at the moment, they all seam awesome. Has anyone got something that is immac and low kms they looking at selling or maybe some input on what I should be looking for in year and km and price etc. I do like those triumphs but nervous of not buying japanese. There is one on TM but he wants 12500.
    Cheers

the Trumpy's as reliable as one of the Japas. Thought about an SV ?
RSV Mille: No madam, its an Aprilia, not a Harley. If it were a Harley, I would be pushing it !

Welcome. Nice choice of bikes! I would put my money on the Triumph. No issue not buying Japanese, not sure why you would worry about that? Parts may be a bit more expensive....maybe... But I can't see any other reason? All the best with test rides and choices

I found the SV a good bridge back. Kept it for two years.

At the end of the day all the modern bikes are reliable.
    They all look awesome too.
You need to decide first on the make and mod you want and look for a minta within your budget.

While the bikes you are looking at are not my cup of tea ( re riding position, 1 hr tops for me on those and no good at all ) im sure you have considered that.
Some of those GX'S are well priced.

Again "You need to decide first on the make and mod you want and look for a minta within your budget."
    Good luck.

But do they corner better than an Orange Street Triple R?

I have a Kawasaki zx6r (monster edition) for sale. 10,500 km, first registered 2012. No faults with it that I'm aware of. I brought it off my son so he could finance his 1st house. I have done a couple of tankfulls on it & it is an excellent bike.
