How many times have you used that site successfully? That same street address and website has been topic of discussion on a photo forum. There have been some dodgy sites operating out of that area. One was even on fairgo twice I think. You might have been lucky, pays to google the names of these sites with words like problem, refund included etc A good indicator is no real people names in the contact/about us section...

Yep, dodgy alright. After reading the feedback, I have taken a punt, silly me....I will see what eventuates, if anything. Worse case scenario, it takes me 45 days to get my money back through PayPal...

You might be lucky, from what I read just expect a long wait. New places like them with real pro looking website and super low prices seem to attract more orders than they can handle with low staff levels. The slightest error in processing and your adrift in the system.
I always use Expert InfoTech as a guide for the parallel importers, they have a huge sales volume and are well established. I've always found that anyone whose prices are significantly lower than theirs usually have some service issues.
EI sometimes has stuff in stock in Auckland and most of their Hong Kong sourced electronic stuff is only four days away.

Google revzilla.com Awesome video breakdowns on every product. Massive range, I spent $800 , gear arrived 12 days later. Great service and prices.

It seems their customer support survey is really concerned with punctuation and grammar.... What does that tell ya!
Anyway, refund forthcoming with Paypal....and they should also be removed from the www

Sorry to hear, a reminder to us all to check things when the price is too good. I nearly got caught out the same with another place on some audio gear.
Should have thought to mention this earlier but any business that's selling online electronic stuff is usually on www.pricespy.co.nz
Although that other place might even be on there you'll see some reputable names listed and get a feel from the feedback on which sites to use.

Just ordered a new rear wheel hub through www.partzilla.com they seem to have good prices for OEM stuff. Hub was almost 1/3 the price i could get in NZ. Even with express shipping, saved $120. PayPal for peice of mind. God bless the Internets...

Where's the hooks for the ear muffs and gas mask ?

Could just see my border collie being the swinger in that, what would it cost to make
something like that Pete ? Would the XR aluminum frame handle the forces long term ?

Www.mrcycles.com. Genuine parts for the big four and some others. Brilliant to deal with. Bought a stator for my DR350. Local price > $1300 plus gst. Mrcycles price. < $650 landed. Got hit for $80 gst but feck all really. Turned out to be the wrong part because America never saw a kick start only before in a road going model. They dispatched a replacement immediately odd not even wait on the returned item. No extra for second freight and they refunded 10% as a good faith. Total maths on it is a bit hazy but I ended up paying less than $600 by the time I got my gst refunded an they did not sting me at border control a second time.
Even fitted in the end it took 6 weeks. I was told the lead time from Suzuki NZ was 6-10 weeks.

Smaller items you have to buy several items at once to get value because of the high cost of international freight in or out of us.
