Interesting that the US are now going to conduct a search in the Indian Ocean from new info from an undisclosed source....

Would that undisclosed source be from a nuclear submarine? Surely they would have heard a crash/splash into the ocean, or at least the black box ping....?
Remember, they can hear whales fucking hundreds of miles away, and can hear rain falling on the ocean surface way underneath it.
Im picking the US have made their subs rewind and listen to their recording systems around the time 5 hours later than originally thought....
They just don't wanna say they had a nuclear sub in a certain area.......
Is it still beastiality if ya fuck a frozen chicken??

It does seem strange that the plane may have deviated back across Malaya, Thailand towards the Indian ocean and no buggar saw or heard anything with todays electronic systems.

This is the best place for info in my opinion, http://www.pprune.org/rumours-news/5...-lost-157.html

It's modded hard out so you wont see the "not saying it's aliens..." meme etc or other tin foil hat type stuff.

A lot of the posters are pilots or involved in the industry in some way.

I wonder how many of the passengers and crew had the fish for dinner.

It's in China. That's why Malaysia are keeping their mouth shut.

More importantly - why is it in china?

Well you know what's in the Indian Ocean... clue it has a big runway and good security to keep prying eyes out...
It's interesting reading all the twists and turns (sic) when something weird like this happens in a foreign land and the powers that be cant pre-script the media...
You don't just lose a large plane in an area where most of the countries are ready to go to war with their neighbours at a moments notice. The transponder doesn't matter, their would have been more than one civilian and military radars tracking this plane, from land, sea and air platforms.
Someone wanted that plane for other uses or someone that was on it.

Military only worry about known or possible threats. Obvious non military and not acting unusually ... won't attract attention.

    Even from civilian radar stations.

There's also Cocos Keeling which used to be a routine fuelling stop in the age of piston engined airliners. Not sure if that's within the theoretical fuel range of this flight though.
Although I think one of the reports said they could reach Australia? They did A bomb testing from Christmas Island too but I don't know that a runway that could handle a Canberra could handle a 777.
